An Experience Spanning Three Generations
Liberta's production culture began with Zare Savaş, who worked as a set designer on film sets during the Yeşilçam era. This approach, which brought the craft of carpentry to the world of cinema, became the first representation of hard work, discipline, and behind-the-scenes expertise within our family.

This journey, spanning from open-air cinemas to documentaries, from television series projects to festivals and live broadcast productions, grew thanks to Nuran Savaş's pioneering work in the industry. Today, Serhat Savaş and Özgür Savaş continue this legacy under the umbrella of Liberta Production and Media Film Production, utilizing modern technology.
From the Past to the Present
1960
The Yeşilçam Era
Zare Savaş brought his carpentry skills to the Yeşilçam film sets, becoming a prominent figure in film production as a set designer and set construction specialist.
1980
The Open-Air Cinema Era
The open-air cinema that operated in Mecidiyeköy after the Yeşilçam era ushered in a new era, connecting our family's relationship with cinema and bringing it closer to the audience.
1990 - 2000
Production & Media Era
Nuran Savaş, whose interest began in cinema and was further developed through media experience in America, has made significant contributions to documentaries, series, festivals, and major productions in Türkiye.
Today
A New Era with Liberta
